Iris Diagnostics reaches around the world to provide "best in class" training programs. We combine both classroom based and E-learning programs for Laboratory personnel, Customer Care Specialists and Field Service organizations worldwide. Our programs are developed by training and systems experts to provide the best possible learning experience.

Our classroom training curriculum provides extensive "clinical updates and hands on operation" as well as a "train the trainer" component with a focus on streamlining the iQ200 Series workcells integration into the laboratory. Customer Care Specialists augment the classroom experience during installation and validation programs by conducting mini-operation training.

Continuing educational modules are provided through E-learning Webinars. These programs are available on a routine basis, or may be organized specifically for accounts through the local Customer Care Specialist.
